The meals that I sell each Friday are, frankly, an absolute steal for the price. Why? With a fixed menu and advanced ordering I can provide real, honest, delicious food at a good price without cutting corners. There are a few hoops to jump through for you, but the result is something that’s very affordable, especially considering the quality. Many customers order each and every week.

Why are your Dinner Crafting Kits so expensive?

When compared to meal kits from the big guys, my meals might seem expensive. That’s because with a traditional meal kit, you are provided with ingredients and instructions, and it’s your show from then on. My meals are crafted to be ALMOST done, and are only a few simple steps from perfection. Most of my meals can go from fridge to table in well under an hour, and always include many distinct courses. It’s like ordering a few different things from a restaurant, all in your own home. That costs more than portioned salmon and carrots.

What kind of food do you cook?

This question is both my favorite and least favorite question that I get. I know that the idea that all chefs specialize in a certain cuisine is perpetuated heavily in the food world, but it just ain’t like that. I draw upon my decades of cooking experience, by global travels, and my compulsive food research to bring you some truly amazing food from all over the world. I focus on real, down to earth food that has all the good stuff and none of the unnecessary flourishes and novelties. I make food that speaks for itself. I cook food that your grandma would like, no matter what part of the world she’s from.

I missed the order cut-off. Can I still order?

Maybe? Probably not? I need all orders in by the cutoff time because that’s when I go shopping for Friday’s meal. Knowing exactly how much of everything I need is what helps keep my pricing where it is.
